Maison Telmont, majority-owned by Rémy Cointreau, is introducing Réserve de la Terre, a new Champagne made from organic grapes. The extra-brut Champagne ($100 a 750-ml.) has a low-sugar dosage (2.5 grams per liter) and is a blend of 44% Meunier, 34% Chardonnay, and 22% Pinot Noir from the 2020, 2019, and 2018 vintages.
