Limestone Branch Distillery has kicked off a new series of Yellowstone whiskies—the Special Finishes Collection—with Yellowstone Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Toasted Staves. The new whiskey ($50 a 750-ml.) is bottled at 50% abv, matured for four years and was finished with toasted barrel staves added to the whiskey. The release is rolling out across the U.S. now.
