Hotaling & Co. is launching a new duo of limited edition releases from Hirsch Selected Whiskies. The brand has introduced the third edition of Hirsch’s Single Barrel Bourbon ($89 a 750-ml.), a blend of 70% 4-year-old Bourbon and 30% 5-year-old Bourbon, which is bottled at 55% abv. The other new offering is the second edition of the brand’s Single Barrel Double Oak ($150), a 9-year-old Bourbon at 56.25% abv.
